To install PC games:
To play games on your pc you need to download the games from the website which you clicked on, by going to the download section of the website. Then install and play. While installation beware! Sometimes the games installations come with some extra softwares so donot just click the "I accept" for the terms and conditions without knowing for what software you are doing the "accept". This might result in having unwanted spyware softwares on your pc.

To install console games:
Download the "emulator" for the console to your pc then configure the controls, display settings according to how you want it. Then download the "roms" of the games you want and load the roms in the emulator using the open or load command in the file menu.
